Membership Application and Renewal 2010

Please do not forget to renew your membership till the end of April 2010.
All memberships that have not been renewed by then will expire at the end of May 2010.

2010 regular member renewal rates are:
$ 260 USD (Electronic and print copy of psychoneuroendocrinology)
$ 210 USD (Electronic copy only)

2010 young investigator renewal rate is:
$60 USD (Electronic copy only)

 Please return the attached renewal form by mail, email (hu-ping.chen@charite.de) or fax (+49 30 8445 8726) and pay the dues via online payment on our homepage www.ispne.org or send us the application and renewal form with your credit card information by fax +49 30 8445 8726 (for security reasons, please fax form, do not send credit card number by email!!)

 If you have any questions or need more information, do not hesitate to contact Hu-Ping Chen who is in charge of the membership service. If you can not get the new membership form please ask Hu-Ping Chen he will mail it to your address
