Presentation Guidelines and Recommendations

Please mount your poster on your assigned board for your particular session. Time and place of the poster sessions will be posted online.

Ideally, your poster should be self-explanatory so that you are free to discuss particular points raised by questions of the viewers. The poster sessions provide a more intimate forum for informal discussion, however this becomes more difficult if you are obliged to devote most of your time to merely explaining your poster to a succession of visitors.

  • If any or all of the work in this poster was prepared with commercial support, a statement “Supported by funding from ____________________________ [name of the company]” must be noted in the lower left corner of the poster, in 2 cm high letters.
  • Each presenter must submit the disclosure form.
Visit www.ispne.org or contact the conference organizers (conference@ispne.org) with any questions or for additional information.
